
Students apply their skills in modern electronics laboratories equipped with dual trace oscilloscopes, variable output power supplies, audio and radio frequency generators, frequency counters, and variable heat soldering stations, Sophomores and juniors may take examinations for course credit in post secondary schools, such as CCRI and New England Tech.
In the senior year, students learn computer maintenance and repair as they work toward A+ computer repair certification. Training for Cisco Networking Computer Technician is also offered, leading to certification after completion of the Cisco training at CCRI. A new feature of the program will be the option to learn automotive electronics.
